RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
Excell Impex offers its customers an easy return policy, wherein you can raise a return, exchange, or refund request for a product within 24 hours of delivery, only if the product arrives in a damaged condition and a parcel opening/unboxing video is provided.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email at care@excellimpex.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Step 2: Provide us with:

Clear images and an unboxing video of the damaged product

A brief description of the issue
Step 3: We will arrange a pickup of the products within 2–4 business days. Refunds or replacements will only be initiated once we receive the products in their original packaging with seals, labels, and barcodes intact.
⚠️ If the product packaging or contents are tampered with, you may be eligible for only a partial refund.
Important Conditions

All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manuals, and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered.

If an eligible item is out of stock, it cannot be replaced; instead, a refund will be issued.

Refunds for payments made via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Wallets will be processed back to the original payment method within 4–10 working days after approval.

Unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, or refund requests. Without a video, no action will be taken.
